Purpelanius, or Purpelaniusessellele as his full
name goes,is a mercury dragon. He is ancient and
powerful, capable of destroying cities with a
gleeful ease. However, he would never do this,
for he is positively aligned. His rough life has
destroyed his natural mercury dragon attitude,
replacing it with a hunger for vengeance and
truth.
He takes two forms, that of a man and that of a
dragon. His natural form, the dragon, is a
massive mercury dragon, roughly three hundred
yards long. His human form is silver haired, and
dresses in heavy greys and blacks. He openly
wears a suit of bright silver chainmail, and
bears a mirrorlike sword, which aptly owns the
name, 'Mirrorblade'.
As a hatchling, his parents were young, and
unable to defend him from the threat that came.
Madrigalion, his arch nemesis, decided his
parents were infringing on his property. He is a
massive red, larger than Purpelanius. After
killing his parents, he turned his attention to
the hatchling. But it had fled, escaping into the
overcast clouds. The red, in a strange sadistic
glee, made pursuit. It tracked the poor child
through days, weeks, months, years, decades, and
even centuries. Thousands of years past,
Purpelanius barely dodging the maw of Madrigalion
at every turn. Along their travels, they ran into
a certain Black dragon, who simply calls herself
Black. After a brief tangle in her swamp, it was
totally destroyed. She vowed revenge. Finally,
Purpelanius stopped running and made a stand. He
just happened to stop in Ravensdale. He bested
Madrigalion twice in battle, and wounded him
terribly, causing him to hide and recover.
Purpelanius, for a short while, also went by the
name Eonious.
A new threat has reared it's ugly head for
Purpelanius. A man named Fenrir Songmoon has
landed on this planet. He is a lunarian, with
major power. Unfortunately, he is insane. After
becoming annoyed at an earthling, he was
disappointed, and vowed to destroy this planet.
Purpelanius is one of the few who can stop him.
