Name-Lone Wolf aka Sthiel GhostlyMane
Lone Wolf is one of the older characters, in
fact, has been around since the Ravensdale first
came around. He was originally the character
known as Sthiel GhostlyMane, a paladin. In the
end though, the gods turned on him in his darkest
hour, and when he was brought back as a revenant,
he turned his back on the Gods, determined to
bring about the end of it all.
He still pursues that, but to a different means,
his warrior soul has grown some what soft, but he
still fights to find the perfect fight, and has
recently moved to the depths of hell to find
that, using the necro powers that were given to
him as a revenant.
For those of you who dont know what a
Revenant is, Revenants are beings in Dungeon and
Dragon lore that are human beings that were once
human, but were sent to hell to be punished for
one thing or another, but were then brought back
to be a slave to a sorceror, to either right a
wrong, or to act as a bodyguard. In Lw's case,
he was already in Paradise, but because of the
way he died, he rejected it and the ideal of
Hell, and ended up a wraith. When he was brought
back, he left, almost killing the one who brought
him back, and made his way to Ravensdale to find
the ones who did it.
Lone Wolf for the most part is a ..err..quiet
soul. He keeps to himself, the picture shown is
a VERY accurate picture of him, and gives you a
good idea of what he looks like. His extended
bio and story are to be coming out soon.
Lone Wolf can be hurt by magical weapons, just as
all revenants can, and he knows this. His
attitude is that if you have a magical weapon,
and are a threat to him, you wont live long
enough to use the weapon, as many can attest to.
He doesnt go around telling everyone this, as he
knows he is seen as a threat to many people,
especially angelic and demonic characters.
He has 3 weapons which he carries all the time.
PainKeeper, a great axe that makes the
pain of the bearer, and feeds it back to the
holder, making them into a bezerker rage, which
in turn feeds the Axe.
Celestial Fury, a katana from the East.
Elaborately decorated with a dragon breathing
fire on the blade and hilt, this weapon is of
myth, thought to be used by a samurai that killed
a dragon with it, using the thunder and lightning
itself to strike the beast down.
Accursed Vengence, a Black Bastard sword
that he carries on his back. This is a doomsday
weapon of a sort. Contained within the blade,
are the souls that he has killed in the past, if
drawn it glows, feeding both the revenant and the
blade, for it is a Soul Reaver Blade. The souls
destroy the target, not the blade.
Lone Wolf also wears a suit of armor known
as "The Glory of Suffering", a suit of armor that
digs small spikes into the wearer's skin, making
them bleed, which feeds the suit, making them
better with any weapons, as well as strenthing
their entire body to a point. The suit also
heals the wounds it causes, making the armor
always look like it is covered in blood.
ATTITUDE: Lets see, imagine having so much
faith in the gods, them being the same way to
you, making you a hero, giving you a life, a
marriage, a family, then..when you were needed
the most by your family and your village that you
protected, they took it all away. In that
moment, everything that you were is gone. You
die. Then you are brought back by a wizard, back
to the realm of mortals, but you are not mortal,
you are a revenant, and you dont need the gods
anymore. You dont need anyone, but yet part of
you needs to want some one. If you cant have
them, then you will give your life to war. He
gleefully runs into the thick of battle with a
death wish, hoping to die in a glorious battle.
Currently he is involved with PhoenixCat and
Peorth, as well as a Storyline with Lyric, and is
heavily involved with the Orc Invasion storyline,
not to save the realm, but to find the great
power behind it and challenge it, in order to
feed himself.
